About

Holly Danger is an award-winning video artist based in Stamford, CT. She explores the interplay of traditional analogue artistic techniques with new media technologies. Danger's mission is to project light into the world by transforming ordinary spaces into moving experiences through immersive art installations and live performances. The work explores how the synchronization of motion, light, and sound can be used to create uplifting spaces that influence how we feel, connect, and relate to our environment. Each work invites viewers to take a respite from their day-to-day and step into an experience that brings them into the awareness of the present moment.

Lighthouse by Holly Danger

Lighthouse is a new site-specific, immersive video art installation created by Holly Danger for the Esplanade Pavilion at IGNITE Broward 2025. Traditionally, lighthouses shine their light to show the path home — Danger wants to create work that makes a connection to the audience that WE are the lighthouse for ourselves and each other. A vibrant atmosphere of abstract, dreamy, colored shapes and patterned collages will swirl around you in 360° to a synchronized soundtrack. The sole message of the work is to inspire viewers to boldly be themselves and ignite their creative light within.
